Our Houston, TX client, located near The Heights, is in need of a Contract to possible Hire entry-level Customer Service Representative for their Insurance Agency.
Are you looking for an opportunity to work for an insurance agency and learn the business from the ground up? If so, this is a great opportunity. This position starts off as an entry-level customer service role, and has the potential to grow into an Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Answer heavy incoming calls and be able to answer insurance related questions
Scan documents
Produce ID cards
Process paperwork
Data entry of transactions into database
Advise customers on policy changes
Provide top-notch customer service and look for opportunities to expand business with current and potential clients
Requirements:
Willing to train for the state P & C license. Test to be taken within the first 6 months. Company provided training.
Great communication skills
Not afraid to ask questions
Minimum 1 years work experience in a professional setting and job stability
Desire to learn a new career
MUST be dependable and be able to commit to working 8 to 5 M-F
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Comfortable working in an ever changing work environment, where every day is different
